Pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Your card is only charged after the 14-day trial ends — you can cancel any time before then from your parent dashboard. Crossover point: Family becomes cheaper than Per Child once you have 3 kids (3 × A$12.95 = A$38.85/mo vs A$24.95/mo Family).
Frequently asked
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. We do not capture a payment method until the trial ends. If you cancel before day 14, you owe nothing.
- What happens if I cancel after the trial?
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account drops back to the Free tier — children, history, and achievements are preserved.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Switch any time from the Manage billing button in your parent dashboard. The Stripe-hosted portal handles proration automatically.
- Does pricing change for more than four kids?
- We do not yet have a tier above four child profiles. If you need more seats, email us — we will figure something out.
- Is there a school or classroom plan?
- Not yet. Foxlark is built for families today. If you teach a small group and want to chat about it, please get in touch.
